Check every item as soon as the container is unloaded and shaken out in the building. Report on the spot — do not set it aside to do later.
If something is damaged, lost, or wrong → fill this form and submit promptly. Anything reported more than a couple of days after unload cannot be claimed as transportation damage — by that point the damage is assumed to have happened during handling or installation, and it will not be covered.
Reports through Procore, Autodesk, or similar platforms come in during or after installation — those are installation reports, not delivery reports. Our contract ends at delivery, so by the time those come in the damage can no longer be traced back to transport.
Fill in each field and click + Add to report. Repeat for each item. When done, click Send Report to email the list. Items are cleared when you close the tab.
